What do xmas jammies, ADHD, and 'The Amazing Race' have in common?

The Holderness Family, of course!

Penn and Kim Holderness have created viral videos that have been viewed millions of times, won Season 33 of 'The Amazing Race,' and have published two books—all together.

Penn and Kim both started their careers in news broadcasting, but have found a massive following as the creators of hilarious yet educational videos on topics as wide-ranging as wearing masks during COVID, losing your phone, and mahjong. They also host the weekly Holderness Family podcast, and wrote one of my favorite books I read all of last year, 'ADHD Is Awesome,' which has helped me as I have learned that I have ADHD.

I don't know how they put out such good content at such a staggering pace, but I know I'm glad that they do!

In this special couples episode of 3 Books, my beautiful wife Leslie joins me to talk with the Holderness Family about better names for ADHD, the secrets of making great comedy, the benefits of turning 50, premarital counseling tips, Shel Silverstein's best poems, why the world need introverts, and, of course, Penn and Kim Holderness's most formative books...

Let's flip the page to Chapter 151 now...
